FAQ's
What are the benefits of ceramic coating compared to traditional waxing or polymer coatings for my vehicle/boat?
- Durability: Ceramic coatings can last for years, while traditional waxes and polymer coatings typically last only a few months.
- Protection: They provide superior protection against UV rays, chemical stains, bird droppings, and other environmental contaminants.
- Ease of Cleaning: Ceramic coatings create a hydrophobic surface, making it easier to wash off dirt and grime, reducing the need for frequent washing.
- Gloss and Shine: They enhance the depth and clarity of the paint, providing a long-lasting glossy finish.
- Cost-Effective: Although initially more expensive, the long-lasting protection can save money in the long run on frequent waxing and detailing.
How often should I have my vehicle/boat detailed and what does the detailing process include?
- Frequency: For a vehicle, it’s generally recommended to have a full detail every 6-12 months. Boats, especially those used in saltwater, may need detailing every 3-6 months.
- Process: The detailing process typically includes:
- Exterior: Washing, claying, polishing, and applying a protective wax or sealant. Paint correction may be included for deeper imperfections.
- Interior: Vacuuming, cleaning upholstery and carpets, conditioning leather, and cleaning all surfaces.
- Additional Services: Headlight restoration, and glass treatment.
What is paint correction, and how can it improve the appearance of my vehicle/boat?
- Swirl Marks: Fine scratches caused by improper washing techniques.
- Oxidation: Fading of the paint due to exposure to the sun.
- Scratches and Etching: From bird droppings, tree sap, or other contaminants.
Improvement: Paint correction involves polishing the paint with abrasive compounds to level out the surface, restoring the original clarity and gloss. The result is a much smoother, reflective, and visually appealing finish.
How should I care for my vehicle/boat after receiving a ceramic coating or paint correction treatment?
- Washing: Use a pH-neutral shampoo and a microfiber wash mitt. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes.
- Drying: Dry the surface with a microfiber towel to prevent water spots.
- Maintenance: Apply a ceramic coating booster or spray sealant every few months to enhance the coating’s durability.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the coating or cause scratches.
- Regular Inspections: Periodically inspect the surface for any signs of wear or damage and address them promptly to maintain the protective layer.

We met the team from Level Bespoke when they were working on our neighbours’ boat at our dock. They were doing a fantastic job and were so professional and pleasant that we decided to have them do the deck and cabin top of our 35yr old sailboat. They made it look like new. WHAT A RELIEF! That was summer. The following spring, we were faced with the daunting task of cleaning and polishing our 35’ Hull so we approached them to see if they could do that for us. They did a phenomenal job. RELIEF AGAIN!! Other members in our Yacht Club saw them working and spoke to us and we confirmed our total satisfaction with them and their workmanship. Before launch and with spring variable weather, time is limited but they made the push and did about 4 other boats in our club. Everyone thanked us for the introduction. Most importantly we want to thank the team at Level Bespoke for taking these tasks off our plate. We have every confidence in them.

We had Level Bespoke wax and seal the hull of our 41-year-old sailboat this spring and it's never looked so good. You'd think it was brand new. Everything was done in a timely manner, and Brian and Jasaña were a joy to work with. They know their stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their boat to look its absolute best.
